CharLedger Professional Services is founded and led by Leniecia Charles, CPA, a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 8 years of corporate and public accounting experience. Her public accounting background includes both assurance and non-assurance engagements, where she worked with complex financial records and regulatory requirements relating to small and medium sized corporations. Earlier in her career, Leniecia developed hands-on experience through community tax clinics preparing T1 personal tax returns, before moving into full-time roles managing payroll and maintaining bookkeeping records. This foundation and experiences gained brings a disciplined, detail driven approach to bookkeeping, tax preparation and payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency for clients.
